Designed for integration into complete feed production systems across the UAE, this elevator features heavy-duty polyethylene or steel buckets mounted on a reinforced rubber belt, all enclosed in a galvanized steel casing that resists the humidity and heat typical of the Emirates climate. Available in heights from 3 to 15 meters, the elevator handles throughput of up to 5 tons per hour at belt speeds of 1.2 to 1.8 meters per second. The electric motor — rated between 1.5 and 5.5 kW depending on configuration — runs cool even during extended shifts, thanks to efficient power transmission and minimal friction design. The vertical profile occupies very little floor space, making it ideal for compact feed mills in Ras Al Khaimah and across the Gulf region.
