The Grain Crushing Line from Mazraty is an integrated processing system that takes whole corn, wheat, barley, soybean, and other cereals and reduces them to a precise particle size ready for mixing and pelleting. This is the foundational stage of any feed production facility, and getting it right determines the quality of everything downstream. The line comprises a receiving hopper, vibratory feeder, hammer mill with wear-resistant alloy steel hammers, and interchangeable screens that let you dial in output sizes from 0.5 to 5 mm. Total line capacity ranges from 1 to 5 tons per hour with combined power consumption of 22 to 55 kW. Optimal raw material moisture of 8 to 14% ensures efficient grinding and screen longevity. An integrated dust extraction system maintains a clean working environment and recovers fine particles that would otherwise be lost — improving both safety and material yield. The entire line is engineered for seamless integration with horizontal mixers, bucket elevators, and ring die pellet presses in the Mazraty product range.
